Energrade Assessment

To be eligible for an ecoENERGY Retrofit for Homes grant, you must have an NRCan-licensed Energy Advisor perform a residential energy assessment prior to commencing renovations. This detailed attic-to-basement assessment identifies your home's energy use and where it is being wasted. You will be provided with a personalized written report, including a checklist of recommended retrofits to improve the energy efficiency of your home and the grant amounts for each eligible upgrade. When your renovations are complete, the Energy Advisor will perform a post evaluation to measure the impact on the R-value of your home and submit the grant application to the NRCan on your behalf.
